Terms & Conditions of Wicked Gen Crafts
To protect your own interests please read the conditions carefully before you place your order or make a course booking. If you have any questions or unsure of anything, please get in touch by telephone or email before you place the order or make the booking.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER OF GOODS
For goods ordered you have the right to return your order within 14 working days and return any unused goods in their original packaging for a full refund. The cancellation must be put in writing. Any postage charged to receive the item will not refunded. Postage costs to return the item will not be refunded. Items that cannot be returned for a refund are as follows:
- Bespoke, customised items and commisions
- Jewellery items eg earrings, pendants, chain, brooches, cufflinks
CANCELLATION OF COURSE BOOKING
By booking and paying for your course you agree to attend the specified course on the specified day. If you cancel your place on the course more than 4 weeks before the course start date you will receive a refund minus a £10 cancellation fee per place being cancelled. If you cancel 4 weeks or less before the course date, no refund can be given. All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
TRANSFER OF COURSE BOOKING PLACE
You can transfer your course booking to another person at any point up to the day of the course. No fee will be charged for this. If you wish to transfer your course booking to another course this can be done up to 4 weeks prior to the date of original course booked. The course being transferred to can be of a higher or lower price, but if of a higher price, the difference must be paid. If the price is lower, the difference will be refunded minus an admin fee of £5. No transfers can be made if the request is made 4 or less weeks prior to the original course date.
RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Delivery will be within the UK only. I will normally dispatch your order within 3 business days of the order being placed. If any item is to be customised or bespoke then please get in touch in advance of placing your order as this may take longer than the standard 3 days to dispatch. If there is an urgent requirement for the item, then please put details into the comments field. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the Delivery Services.
TAX CHARGES
Wicked Gen Crafts is not VAT rateable and therefore no VAT is charged on any orders.
SECURITY
When you shop online via our website all your financial transactions are kept confidential. The secure server software encrypts all your payment details so no unauthorised third parties can intercept the data.
