You will create your own set of flowers by applying decorative forms of enamel to floral shaped copper blanks. Between each application you will heat your piece in a hot kiln to bond the decorative enamel to your copper piece. You will also fix a copper stem to each flower and can also fix additional copper wire elements to enhance the size and design of your flowers. You will also decorate a copper pot into which your finished pieces will sit. The finished flowers will sit inside the decorated pot and this will be placed into a wooden base.
To decorate your copper, you will work with a range of enamel powders, frits, threads, millifiore and more.
